Mengyu Liu is a PhD student in public policy. Her research focuses on demand-side approaches to climate change mitigation, particularly how consumer behavior and policy design can promote the adoption of sustainable technologies and practices. She holds a double master's degree in environmental policy, technology and health from Peking University and the London School of Economics and Political Science, a bachelor's degree in environmental science, and a second bachelor's degree in international economics and trade, both from Beijing Normal University.
