Xingchi Shen

Xingchi Shen is from China. He will be specializing in energy and environmental policy. His research interests include the economics of energy efficiency, electricity consumption behaviors of residential and non-residential consumers, and big data analytics applied to smart meter data. Shen holds a B.A. in public administration and a M.S. in public policy from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). Shen was the deputy secretary-general of SJTU's students' union from 2014 to 2016, serving all students at SJTU.
