Focuses on understanding the connection between public policy at the global, national, and state/local levels and the flows of capital to sustainable purposes such as clean energy and climate change.  Covers existing public policies and how they came to be, the major organizations influencing public policy, as well as the world’s sources of capital and methods of deploying capital through asset managers, banks, and other fiduciaries.
