Cameron (Cam) Rivera serves as a communications specialist for the University of Maryland School of Public Policy where he develops and implements the social media strategy for the School of Public Policy that strengthens the school’s social media presence and increases engagement with key audiences. In his role he writes new stories and social media content; designs engaging graphics, manages the School’s email marketing and video projects; and assists the School with signature events and special projects.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, he holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and has served as a Peace Corps volunteer in China.
