A UMD SPP alum will be returning to discuss opportunities for students at Public Interest Research Group (PIRG). PIRG is an advocate for consumers, advancing solutions to problems that affect our health, our safety and our wellbeing. During this info session, students will have the opportunity to speak to an SPP alum about ways to get involved with the organization. PIRG runs a volunteer and leadership program at schools across the country to help students make a tangible impact on issues they care about. Open to all SPP students and they should come prepared to ask questions.
