If you are interested in working for the federal government, for GAO, or in policy and financial analysis, this is an excellent opportunity to speak individually with alumni who currently work in the field and gain insights into the industry and career opportunities.
Please register by Wednesday, February 22.
About the U.S. Government Accountability Office:
At GAO, we follow the money. Our team strives to provide valuable, non-biased contributions to the policy and decision-making process undertaken by Congress and committees. We research programs, policies, and use of federal funds to make sure that they are being applied and used efficiently, effectively, and making meaningful change.
Our teams have the opportunity to present at congressional hearings multiple times per year – we are part of the legislative branch. We have projects in practically every field and topic, including international affairs, homeland security, environmental issues and information technology, to name a few.
We take pride in our employees and the diverse background, experience, and perspectives they each bring. We recruit with the hopes to retain great team players and life-long learners. There are endless possibilities with GAO.
