The 33rd annual Association for Budgeting and Financial Management conference was held from September 30-October 2 in Washington D.C. This year’s conference featured a full schedule of panels, plenary sessions, receptions, luncheon, and a poster session for PhD students in the first two years of their program, including several School of Public Policy staff and doctoral students. Other speakers included former ABFM chair and current member of Congress, The Honorable Carolyn Bourdeaux; and the Comptroller General of the U.S., Gene Dodaro.
