Have you experienced bias yourself and wanted to speak up but were unsure how to do so, only to ruminate later about all you should have said or done? Join us December 2nd for an interactive session where we discuss how to intervene when these situations arise.
TERP Allies uses interactive theater to bring awareness to the range of biases that may occur in academic settings. Workshops use humor and the arts as a way to open up discussion about how to organize our work environments to be more inclusive. Participants learn four or more strategies they can use to be allies when they encounter bias. Participants will not be asked to act.
