Sound Healing Session for Faculty and Staff

Back to All Events

The Sound Healing session, led by Galisa Lewis from Sankofa Yoga and Wellness Center, offers School of Public Policy faculty and staff a chance to nurture their well-being and recharge through the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Designed to create a serene and restorative atmosphere, the session promotes relaxation, balance, and reflection, supporting participants in their ongoing work to foster an inclusive and equitable campus environment. No prior experience is needed—just bring a yoga mat or blanket for comfort.
