Abstract: In 2007, the social protection system Chile Crece Contigo that targeted early childhood was created. The system standardized guidelines for services provided through the local health network and increase the supply of services provided. This paper examines two important services: Integral Home-Visits (IHV) and Stimulation Workshops. Using a novel administrative dataset of health records between 2014 and 2019 the paper explores the dynamics of referrals and take-up into these services and their effects on psychomotor skills and anthropometric measures.
