Calling all change-makers! Dive into the heart of democracy with the paid Laufer Democracy Internship program in partnership with the Maryland Democracy Initiative. The hybrid, full-time positions in the vibrant DC metropolitan area offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the intricate workings of our democracy. Internships offer a $4,700 stipend and are 6-8 weeks long. Partners include the Southern Poverty Law Center, Pizza to the Polls, APIAVote, Xceleader HBCU Vote and others. The internships are open to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
