Anya Fink, Ph.D. is a Research Analyst for the Russia Studies Program at CNA’s Center for Naval Analyses, focused on Russian strategy and military issues. Anya earned her Ph.D. from SPP in 2016 with an ISEP focus. Since then, Anya has worked as a post-doc at the RAND Corporation and national security and nuclear policy fellow in the U.S. Senate.
