Elizabeth Hinson

Elizabeth Hinson is the associate director of Executive Development at the School of Public Policy.  Elizabeth has delivered high-quality education programs for a wide variety of clients for over twenty years.  The primary program focus has been individual, interpersonal, group, and system wide leadership development.  She has also worked on programs focused on policy issues such as housing and community development, health and human services, and good governance.  Elizabeth has a Masters in Business Management and is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B), and the 360 suite from the Center for Creative Leadership.  Elizabeth teaches and coaches based on select assessments and teaches program sessions on Organizational Development and Change Management utilizing the "Friday Night at the ER" team-learning simulation.  Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked with state and local government, non-profits, and the following federal agencies:
