Join Career Services for an information session with the Prince George's County Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The OMB is responsible for supervising PG County's budget and providing guidance to agencies and the government on how to best allocate funding. A typical budget analyst at the OMB is responsible for analyzing capital budgets, financial planning, data reporting and analysis, budget development, responding to council questions and monitoring spending. PG County is heading into a very busy budget season, so this is the perfect time for students (both undergrad and grad) to learn more. This is a particularly good opportunity for those interested in public financial management. 

Registration is required. Lunch will be provided.
